150 DAYS…

It has been approximately five months in business, and we are proud to be able to share a successful beginning for SB HOME STAGING AND DESIGN. With hard work and passion my partner and I were able to keep the business consistent and grown 148% since previous post “Our first 30 days”.

Nothing worked better for us than following a daily TO DO list of, marketing tasks, networking, follow ups and delivering a high-quality Home staging. We were able to repeatedly beat client’s expectations resulting in repeated costumers. After 150 days, we see ourselves with 35 clients, home owners and realtors, 40 properties in many neighborhoods of columbus, $5,693,000 in real estate staged. Currently we own an inventory to simultaneously stage 15 houses and a large list of resources to expand to more clients and delivery our services in 48 hours if needed.

Ideally, I would love to have enough data to know more about our future in business, but been a young company, consistent information is not available yet and the most I can do is too learn from what happen in these 150 days. I can’t wait for the next six months to see all the information we will have to finally produce a predictable and precise business plan to set new goals.
